I have always loved cooking and baking. Now that i am older and i would like to start a at home shop. I am taking the Wilton classes at the local craft store. I love it.
I am looking for any advise any one can give me.

INGREDIENTS for pastry
110gm butter
240gm purpose flour
1/2 cup plain yogurt
1 teaspoon baking powder
2 egg yolks
1/2 teaspoon active dry yeast
5 tablespoons warm water
1 teaspoon sugar
1/8 teaspoon salt
Ingredients for filling
1 cup walnut or almond or pistachio as you like
1 teaspoon ground cardamom. If there is not you can use cinnamon
2 tablespoons honey
Mix all filling ingredients…
