looking to start my at home sweet treat and cake decorating
I have always loved cooking and baking. Now that i am older and i would like to start a at home shop. I am taking the Wilton classes at the local craft store. I love it.
I am looking for any advise any one can give me.

My one biggest piece of advice is to contact your local health department and make sure it is legal for you to open a cake shop from your home kitchen. Many counties/cities/states require you to work in a commercially licensed and inspected kitchen if you are going to sell your cakes to the general public. Good luck!
