Hello everyone! My name is Kai and I am from Medford, Wisconsin. I just started making cakes about 1 1/2 years ago, I really enjoy making MMF cakes. ;o) I am self taught so I look forward to learning tips and skills from all of you!!! you all are so talented. Oh I know I go on about this, but if anything is going to get my goat (or four legged animal of your choice) it's humidity.
I can can cope with the odd breakage, a cake that didn't rise right, colour on my hands, spilling glitter everywhere, but these things are controllable, but humidity is the one thing that I have little hope…

I am a stay at home mother and started making cakes to save us money and am now doing it as a side business!(legally allowed-to reassure everyone ;) I try me best to make sure every aspect of my cakes are edible. I only use homemade marshmallow fondant and when cake is not possible I usually turn to rice cereal treats covered in chocolate for stability-such as my XBOX controllers and buck head.
