Word of Mouth

Wow! It's been quite a while since I've been on here. It has been crazy-busy around here. I love it! My business has really picked up over the last 6 weeks, and most of it has been by word of mouth (WoM)! I don't have a free weekend for the next 6 weeks, and I'm really excited about it!

While WoM has been really good to me, I've had several contacts/contracts come from my Facebook postings as well. But all of this really has made me think...If WoM is good for getting me business, what would just one bad review do to me and my business? Therefore, because of this updated way of thinking, I've become even more vigilant in the way I handle all aspects of the business - from proposals to scheduling to delivery.

Please keep in mind that WoM is great, free advertisement, but it can be detrimental to your business, too!
