Have you ever spent a day or two knowing that you wanted something with a certain taste, but just couldn't find it? That's what I've been doing for two days -- I've been craving something with a lemony zing to it. I finally found that taste tonight. My hubby and I made lemon bars together. I wanted one so badly, I didn't wait for them to completely cool before cutting into the pan of gooey, lemony goodness. It hit the spot!

Who knows what could show up on my counter tomorrow!?!...

I would post that any changes to an order after the initial order is placed is subject to a rush charge. I would post it and I would print it on the receipt. Also I would set a "RUSH FEE" amount according to the size of the additional items. This way the client knows it and there will be no misunderstanding. Also in this case it seems that the client is changing it all the time. I would tell her that the changes are very late and that there is going to be an additional charge for your time and the additional work.
