I'm a nurse at Memorial Hermann SE so we work for the same company (small world).
You've got some really cute cakes. Do you work mostly in buttercream? Man, buttercream is not my friend - I'll take fondant any day of the week. As far as classes go, I've taken a bunch just around the Houston/Pasadena area over the last 3 yrs. Are you a member of the Pearland Cake Club? I've thought about joining but just haven't yet but I am a member of the Houston Cake Club (which actually meets in Pasadena). I get a lot of my classes through the cake club.
