June and everyone thank you so much for this info, I was not letting my fondant figures dry before putting them on the butter cream iced cake.. now I have you use a crusting butter cream foe icing the cake.. I appreciate everyone here.. Thanks...

Had the something similar happen so it was familiar. Plus like Gail said, from everything I have read & learned here.., helped me figure it out. Plus I gotta say , my clients use to tell me, I had a "practical" mind. Thought things through before I did something. When I was transferring a disabled person from bed to wheelchair, I always stopped, assessed the situation, made a plan, told the client... & we worked together. Just me, I analyze, think & hopefully come up with a solution. Doesn't always work ya know. My brain only holds so much knowledge..... hee hee. :0)
