I love my stand up mixer...I am lucky an now have two...the artisan and now the professional! I haven't used it yet(I don't know why) I probably need to change it's location so it gets used and the Artisan can take a brake!

Kimberly it's my first professional stand mixer and I'am so excited! I have been using a hand mixer due to budget. Now I have so much preparation freedom :).

I used the Pro last night...it worked great...a lot faster..and stronger!  I am baking weekly at least, and will be using it a lot more now!  Enjoy it, I know I am!!

Thank you for your welcome.   I have 2 Kitchen Aids, one is the professional and the other is the smaller version. Love me some Kitchen Aid.. Does Good Work......

Denay, How can we get a cottage Food Law here in Maryland? I don't think we have one here yet but I know a lot of serious bakers that could benefit from this like myself. Leasing a kitchen gets really expensive.
