I started with my dad's b-day cake (the motorcyle one) and I now look for any excuse to do one :) The cupcakes I did this week for the heck of it! It's my outlet, my stress reliever! We have tons of classes around here but they are so expensive. I've just self taught using the internet ( cakecentral and youtube mainly). I'd love to take a class on sugarpaste flowers though!! Where are you from?

The internet has been a blessing the past few years but I have been at this for around 30 years and when I first started out I had to look through Wilton books and call a shop in Portland to order things... it is so nice and there is so much info on the internet.
