thanks for sharing a friend just asked me about bubbles for a bubble party she is having and i don;t do sugar going to try these this week

LOL Eileen me neither! I learned how to do the sugar bubbles over the summer...so much fun!!! But I think I burned my fingerprints  off ;)

Tami Utely is coming to Florida to teach the Gelatin Bubbles and Gems, as well as other classes on Nov. 12 and 13 if anyone is interested.  You can get more info at www.simicakes.com.  We are so excited to learn her techniques.  She is giving 4 classes in all!

i bought tami's dvd on gelatin bubbles, she is a very good teacher, i made a bubbles and champagne anniversary cake.  The bubbles are timely, but they are worth it if you dont like getting burned, and i dont!.  Definitely worth the money.
