I use this recipe all the time! It is an amazing cake (good density) and stands up to decorating very well and is great for carving! I haven't made the strawberry mousseline but it sounds amazing!

thank you ! Tamera , ; ) I was wondering about it , sounds so good , and I do cover cakes with fondant a lot ! and or carve ! so I am going to try it , THANKS SO MUCH ;))

I've got the book.... The Cake Bible. Also get updates from her website. I made this cake, minus the bc icing when I first got the book. Have to get it out & go through it again.... Thanks for posting.... :o)

yes I have the book to , I never think of looking for a new recipe , but I did find it in the book !
