only thing i can think of is RI, or go to discount store and buy canned frosting but you might need to add sugar. have you made them before, for me they took a lot of practice and some still don;'t come out, hands to hot, you can use a hershey kiss, in the middle, open your tip a little, and advised to add some corn syrup to bc. this all helped me, and don't fill your bag very high until you get the right consistancy sp, wastes your time, it's worth it to me to make one batch and keep using it to practice. try the wilton recipe i don't use it for cakes, way to sweet, but good enough for flowers and not a lot of ingredients to practice with,

Make practice butter cream with shortening and powdered sugar.....1 cup shortening to 1lb powdered sugar...mix with the paddle attachment and thin with a very little bit of water if it is too thick....or add more sugar if you want it thicker....

I pound is approximately 4 cups give or take the humidity and your measuring technique...white cocoa powder doesnt exist...white chocolate is cocoa butter, milk and sugar without the cocoa powder or as they call it the "liquor" And no you cant use margarine and corn starch....store brand shortening is cheaper than butter....you can usually get it for about 5 dollars for 4 lbs.. butter is over 2 dollars a pound...powdered sugar is cheap....and Ebony you can use it over again and agfain.. just scrape and re pipe it...store in a plastic container in your cupboard it will keep forever....just rewhip before you use it. To pipe roses onto a kiss attach a kiss to a flower nail with a little buttercream then use it as the base for the flower...if you dont know how to make a rose then go to YouTube and search for how to make buttercream roses. Ebony I was just on the Ghiradelli site and the white chocolate powder is a drink mix with white chocolate flavor..... Your roses are good for your first time....keep watching the videos...it is a matter of how you hold the piping bag and the angle you hold the rose nail...remember to keep the narrow end of the tip up and move the bag in an arch like a rainbow...start with 3 petals then 5 then 7 if you want a full blown rose. At first hold the nail straight up then as you do a row tilt it away from you so you dont have to bend your wrist....hope that helps....
