I see you are from Auckland - so am I. I started a group on here called Kiwi Cakers in the hopes of getting NZ cake makers together to share info etc as we often don't have the same resources available to us as our overseas counterparts do. Hi again Sondra, I haven't had any classes and I'm self taught from books and the internet. The figures in the little Einsteins cake are gumpaste and I did make them. They were the first stand up figures I did and I wasn't completely happy with them, but they stayed up and the client was happy.

I love your work Sondra - you are a very talented artist! Have you had any training or done any courses? Do you teach?
