In Transformation...

For years, I've always baked "dessert" cakes for family and friends...priding myself on delicious, homemade goodness. A couple of years ago, I decided to try a new hobby - cake decorating and fell in love with the whole process of making a cake that wasn't only delicious but was beautiful too. I'm still a beginner to the cake decorating field - and so far everything I've learned as been through practice and self study, but I am so sure that this is something that I'm going to love doing for years to come. My friends and family have finally nudged me into taking another big step - actually selling my creations - which appears to be just the ammo I needed to take my skills to the next level. It's been a great ride so far, and look forward to interacting with other decorators about the exciting (and hard working!) world of cake decorating!
