LOL - Nadia, I am not a professional cake decorator. I've never sold a cake in my life. I just discovered cake decorating and have taken it as my retirement hobby. Your work is so magnificent that I have always thought you were a professional until I just noticed on your profile that you are not. Guess we do not have to be professional to create some pretty fun pieces. Thanks, again, for your so kind words :o)

Chocolate cupe Recipe

The chocolate cup,Melt the chocolate and apply chocolate with brush in the small cupcake sheet and keep in the frig.when chocolate is set ,again apply chocolate melted and keep in the frig.We have to this works three times .To make sure your chocolate is set, then tear the sheet. I fill with some grind walnut and royal icing you can fill with buttercream.This cup and flowers are white chocolate.… Continue

Rose cookies Recipe

 INGREDIENTS for pastry

110gm butter

240gm purpose flour

1/2 cup plain yogurt

1 teaspoon baking powder

2 egg yolks

1/2 teaspoon active dry yeast

5 tablespoons warm water

1 teaspoon sugar

1/8 teaspoon salt

Ingredients for filling

1 cup walnut or almond or pistachio as you like

1 teaspoon ground cardamom. If there is not you can use cinnamon

2 tablespoons honey

Mix all filling ingredients…

This cake is very beautiful when is cut and very easy to do .I bake it many times ,specially for Easter.Enjoy your baking!
