A friend of mine has a 2 year old daughter who is allergic to milk products. I need a good recipe for cake and frosting so that her daughter will have a birthday cake. Please help!!

You have sooo many cakes! And they are ALL terrific. Just love the wedding cakes, and the monkey sitting with the cupcake is tooo much! lol The standing bear tops them all. You are definitely a "Cake" lady! This gives me a goal to work toward.
Hi Angel,
Tks for yr comments on my First Wedding Cake. The 10" cake has 9 wooden dowel supports in it; the middle 8" cakeboard rests on those supports. Then I placed the plastic cake pillars on the top of the 8" & royal-iced them in place & pierced 4 wooden dowel supports thru the pillars. The 6" cake is just placed on the 4 pillars. Hope this makes sense. Happy caking !
