Need Recipe using No Milk products

Hi I have made a diary free cake several times, usually cover it in foundant as in UK premade foundant contains NO diary at all, but if u need a frosting it can be made using shortening & icing sugar(confectioners sugar/powdered sugar).

I dont mind emailing you the recipe I made up for diary free cake if u want to email me on kscakes2u@hotmail.com.

I have made buttercream using soy margarine and non-dairy creamer in the same amounts as you would butter and milk and it came out lovely!  The cake is a different story, though.  There are lots of dairy-free cake recipes online though!

Don't know when you need to make this but I recommend Dixie Icing for non dairy icing. It also goes on cakes very smooth and it is not too sweet either!!! www.dixiesicing.com And the customer service for that company is awesome!!!
