Goth-inspired Valentine- HEARTS14F
This is a single-layer vanilla cake, covered with marshmallow fondant. It was decorated with scrolls and a heart pendant, both made of gumpaste. I used Nu Silver mixed with vodka to paint accents on the decorations. The faux finish on the heart was accomplished by dabbing food color mixed with corn syrup onto the surface.
