Beautifully clean work! Only baker's truly appreciate a cake that is fondanted without a single crack, bump, or dent. Expecially when you have no flowers to cover any damage that might be caused. Many don't realize it is the simplest cakes that are really the most difficult to fondant because you cannot add a flower here or there to fix a mistake. I remember Duff of Ace of Cakes saying, when you see a flower on a cake, think, why is that flower there? Is it suppose to be, or is it there to cover a ding or tear. You obviously have exceptionally clean fondant work, gorgeous.
