CARROT CUPCAKES
Wrights cake mix carrot cake - very nice! Top two filled and covered in cream cheese frosting. Middle 4 piped with almond frosting and a couple topped with flaked almonds. Bottom three piped in orange butter icing. I've decided my piping skills really need brushing up! I've lost the knack with using fondant all the time.
