I have not been around much lately. Welcome Betty and all the other newcomers I might have missed. This is absolutely my favorite spot to come back to. Always a helping text or two. ;)  May you all blossom in the next year. May 2013 be a very productive year for all of us.

Hi all I am new here I have been baking unprofessionally professionally for the last 5 years. I currently teach a wilton class 1-4 but I have so much to unlearn the wrong self taught and relearn industry standards, looking forward to great discussions.

Welcome Geniese Ligon , I am also planning to join our local sugar guild, I am always ready to learn more. I hope I'm not going to shock them with my techniques and short cuts that I have accumulated through the years. So I might also have to un- learn some things :0) .
