Drug hangover today. Laying low. Weather system is killing me. Barometer pressure. More rain to come... Hurricane Sandy heading up Eastern seaboard right towards us. Looks like Halloween here could be cold, wet, windy & rainy. :0(

I survived!! Barely, but the cupcakes all survived! Most beautiful venue for a reception I've ever been to! It was hard to get a good clear picture of the cake/cupcakes because it was right in front of the windows and it was sunny, so it's hard to see detail. My sister is at the reception is going to try and get a better picture. I'm uploading my pictures now :)

Oh so glad everything worked out with the delivery & set up. How, may I ask Melanie, did you end up transporting them? Excited to see the pics. :o)

I used large plastic tubs for the majority of them. They held 60 a piece. My dh stacked them in my trunk. The rest I was able to put in foil pans and cover in foil and set in the back of the trunk as well. I also had some of the anti-slip stuff and put it underneath and between the bins. It all seemed to stay in place. My only down fall today was the pumpkin cupcakes I made, the papers seemed to want to pull away from them. They were super moist, I'm not sure if that's why, or if it was the papers themselves??

All sounds very stressful Melanie, but you did it. Congrats. And think of the kudos it will give you, providing such an outstanding venue.
