That is just the COOLEST cake I have seen! (printing off the directions now!) :) Just wish my niece was in town (she lives in Georgia), her birthday is on July 4th and I know she would flip over this cake! Oh well, there's always next year! Thanks for sharing Kathryn!

First I want to welcome our new members that joined this week! I'm thinking of some friendly contest to put together for our club so stay tuned :). Did anyone catch the first episode of season 2 Top Chef Just Desserts? What did you think? I think the challenges are going to be very ambitious.
