Hello My name is Cindy. I am enjoying learning how to decorate with fondant and gumpaste! I do cakes for family and friends as gifts only. I would however, like to to learn the tricks of the trade. The biggest obtacle I am facing right now iis how to handle a large (14" or 16") layer without it breaking. Help!
