It was a blessing Jeannine! That was my first attempt constructing a 3 tiered cake and the Bride really believed in which made me feel at ease doing it.

Is there a way to adjust the WSC recipe to use when making a cupcake. The origina?l it's a little to thick for cupcakes.

Hi all, i'm self taught (with the help of Wilton's pans and instructions) now that those are going well i'm eager to learn to use fondant and sugarpaste to cover cakes and make the flowers. I'm mostly using the various tutorials i'm finding on the net as there are so many. then it's just to find the time and patience to play :)

Hi All, so glad i found this site. I am a self taught cake decorator (in my spare time) To be able to have somewhere that i can ask for help will be a great help. And if i can give any help to others i am more than willing :) Most of the cakes i do are 3D and mainly novelty birthday cakes using fondant and most are for family or friends and the odd one i get by word of mouth. Hope to chat soon x
