Katy, thanks for getting that information. It will be helpful to all of us at some time in our careers of cake decorators. I did try traveling with some fondant flowers a few years ago. Just make sure they are well cushioned so they don't break. Glad I made lots of extras.

Just had to confess! I did a bit more procrastinating and got sidetracked today with taking my father to a doctor appointment, getting a few decorating items I was running low on - I even went to the Goodwill store and found items I needed for making cake stands for an order for next week (I prefer to think of this as planning ahead and not procrastinating what I should have been doing today....;-) I am proud to announce that I got the 40 mini-double-scoop-ice-cream-cone-cake-pop-lookalikes done and it's not even midnight yet!!! Plus I made dinner, did some laundry and got through 7th grade homework with our daughter. Yay!!! Now if I can only get my behind in gear in the morning.......goodnight my cakey friends!!
