I have just picked up your thread of discussion. What has been shared so far is true, you need to knead the ready made fondant till it becomes piabe in your hands. But because of the humidity in our weather, yu will need to add some icing sugar as you need. Never use cornflour at this point altho I know many people do advise to do so. Cornstarch (cornflour) will make the fondant feel smooth but as the fondant dries, the cracks will be show clearly as fondant does not absorb the cornflour so you will end up seeing alot of streaks on the surface. You will also need to work quickly in our weather, so only handle
