I was wondering if anyone has any ideas for icing 300 small wedding cakes.I have a picture that shows the design I'm using,and will be covered in fondant,but here's the problem..trying to cover all of them in buttercream first.Is there something else I could use that would be much faster and easier and keep the fondant smooth?I didn't realize she wanted 300 when I did a sample!live and learn,haha...THANKS
