Graduation Cake Contest
Enter your graduation cake by June 20th for a change to win. Add the
photo to your profile and label the title Graduation Cake Contest. All
entries will be featured at
the top of the photos page. Sponsored by A&H Cake Design
and Sharon Zambito.
1st place: Sharon Zambito's lastest dvd "Back to Basics." You can see
Sharon's work at Sugaredproductions.com.
2nd place: $10 gift certificate to A&H Cake Design.
Voting will take place from June 21st through June 25th. Winner will be
posted on June 26th. The winner will be determined by the number of
favorite votes each cake
receives.
A & H Cake
Design offers the some of the lowest prices on cake
decorating supplies. They also have quick & reasonable shipping
rates.
The winner will also be featured in A&H Cake Design's newsletter and
on their website.
When you upload your photo, it is not featured automatically. I have to do it manually. If you do not see your photo featured within 24 hours, please let me know. Only 5 featured photos appear at the top of the photos page. To see the rest of the entries, click on "view all" on the right hand side of the featured photos.
Please submit only one photo per cake entry. You may enter as many cakes as you like.
To select your favorite cake, click on the picture you want to vote for, scroll down the page, and click on "favorite" beneath the picture.

Okay I know this sounds lame but im new to the site and still cant figure out how to add my photo so my profile. I think i made it my main picture haha

Scroll down your profile page until you see "add photos". Once you upload your picture, you can add a title and description to the cake. (The file name will automatically become the title, so click on it to change it). You can still change your profile photo by clicking on it.

So, If I just add the grad cake to my profile pics you will look for it and add it to the contest album??? Or, do I need to upload it to that specific album? I wish there were instructions in the newsletter or something. It just says to enter you photo in the contest, but it does not say how....

Because all you do is upload the photo the way you'd upload any photo and then label it Graduation Cake Contest. I then look for it and feature it. We're going to change the way we do the contests soon so it will be easier for everyone, but for now this is how it works.

I'm seeing a bunch of new graduation cakes, but they're not labeled for the contest. If you do intend to enter them, please edit the title of the photo to Graduation Cake Contest. I'm not assuming that everyone wants to be in the contest, so make sure I'm aware of your cake if you meant to enter it. Thanks!

yes, only members can vote. Members who were signed up BEFORE yesterday(end of contest)
