Cake Decorating Community - Cakes We Bake

I have a bakery, and am trying to change the packaging to something more affordable but I cannot find a box that is 12 x 16! I make jumbo cinnamon rolls that are approximately 3 - 4 inches in diameter so half dozen fits perfect in a 9 x 12 and a dozen in an 12 x 16. I have been buying the aluminum foil lasagna pans that are right around that size, but they are $2 a piece (lid included), so I was wanting to order boxes but can't find any!!! Any suggestions on how to package jumbo cinnamon rolls? They have a gooey bottom kind of like sticky buns so that is why the foil works so well, but it is not cost affective. Thanks

Have you tried a $ store for those aluminum pans?   Granted I haven't purchased any so maybe they are $2 but *most* items are $1.

Have you tried googling?  There must be someplace out there that wholesales such items.

They do, I just can't find the right size pans online that I have found in the store. Do you think it would be acceptable to give a customer 2 of the 9 x 13 pans for their order of a dozen?
I see nothing wrong with that, but does it reduce your costs any?
