Missing cake photo on the buttercream contest

Found it and added it Annette - sometimes they slip through the cracks. Sorry about that!

yes, i entered some of my cakes too and when i got home from the hospital discovered i didn't see mine in the pics either. could you check on my entries also, thanks. all the cakes are great!

Cathy and Frieda - I found and added your cakes.  Sorry about that.  The problem we ran into this time around is that when we, as moderators, did a photo search on "Buttercream Cake Contest" it brought up every photo that had the word "Buttercream", "Cake", or "Contest" either in the photo or the description.  You can imagine how many that brought up!!!! It was impossible to wade through that many, so we relied on the members letting us know if theirs didn't show up right away.  Good luck in the contest!

What we're going to do for the next contest is have people add a tag. It will be a specific code for that contest. The titles can be whatever title you want to give your cake. At almost 60,000 photos and the search pulling up way too many things, this is the best way to resolve this problem.

thank you so much! i know it is going to be a hard decision since there are so many beautiful cakes entered but it is so much fun being able to enter the competition against so many really talented people who are glad to share their secrets and tips or to help if you run into a problem. that's what makes this site so great, pro or amateur, you are treated the same. thanks again!
