i just called and it took about 20 seconds.  We didn't all go through the classes and spend all the money for nothing.  i agree with Robin - please call.

WOOHOO! Thank you- and also, if you have been following it, it almost died in session a few weeks ago , but ti was added as an amendment to SB 81. So, we have a second chance kind of. If you are interested there is a very informative facebook page entitiled Texas Bakers BIll that keeps you up to date

There is some hesitation in the governors office due to the Houston Health Department...PLEASE CALL GOV PERRY right now...it takes just a few minutes and it would be horrible for it to fall through after 2 years of work...

i called earlier today. if you can't get through to an individual you can leave a message for the governor.

The bill has passed.  The calls need to go to the Governor's office.  Tell them you support  bill SB 81 and the ammendments to the bill.
