I have two recipes I'm trying to combine.

1-lemon buttercream uses butter, conf sugar, lemon juice, lemon extract, sugar, and salt

2- meringue buttercream uses egg whites granulated sugar unsalted butter and vannilla extract is optional

how do I combine them???

Are you trying to make swiss buttercream? If so just add lemon extract (see the video) it will show you how to do it.
