Kitchen Co-ops
Does anyone here work in, or own a kitchen co-op? A commercial kitchen where renters/partners/lessee's rent the kitchen equipment by the hour or month?
I would like to get one started where I live, but I'm looking for some basic information on how to get started and I trust this wonderful group of bakers!

I do not own one but may I recommend you take a look see at: http://www.justcalluskitchenrental.com/
They are doing very well and even have a calendar posting of available kitchen times. I think this may help put you in the right direction for information :)
