Love all those ideas, think I will try them out and see what result I get.

Glad we could help Alison.... :o)

Hey all, My name is Marilet.

I am from South Africa.

Owner of Snowberry's Couture Cakes & Cupcakes.

Still a newbie ~ only two  years in industry. In 2012 we realized that our disabled daughter's medical and physical needs are beyond our financial capacity. She needed a new adapted wheelchair, operations ect. I started baking cupcakes for family and friends to raise some money...it elaborated to birthday cakes and then wedding cakes (Because I can't say 'No') and now two years later I have a home based business and I actually resigned my full time job to bake! Now my play-job became my day-job! LOL!

I love and prefer to work with ganache and modeling chocolate, but also do butter-cream and fondant cakes and cupcakes.

I would love to learn from all on this forum! Thank you for this great opportunity.
