Okay, what the heck is a pull apart cake? I just did 2 smash cakes this month and I had never even heard of them before.

Sounds like a cupcake cake...put 24 cupcakes together in some pattern and frost as a single cake...fill in all the gaps with icing. Then decorate!

A smash cake turns out to be a miniature version of the cake you make the customer that is intended for the baby to "smash." Kids these days are spoiled.

Okay ~ I did one for my twin nieces back in May.
