Has anyone tried the Fondant by Duff?

Yes, I have tried it and I really like it. The flavor of the fondant was surprisingly good and it was easy to work with. I usually get family members to save coupons for me and use those to purchase it, makes it a little more affordable then.
I had to use his Black pre-colored fondant. Was pricy but worth it! Now I have limited experience with fondant (have only used Wilton brand before this), but I do know that the Duff brand was much easier to work with, covered better with less fondant used, and tasted a heck of a lot better. I'd like to try a couple of other brands (Satin Ice seems to come well recommended), but until then, I'll keep buying Duff.
We had a discussion here a few months ago with varying opinions:

I have been buying Duff's fondant for a while now and I have to agree...it's much better than the Wilton brand both in workability and taste. The issue with his fondant is whether it's worth spending the money for a cake for people who do not like to eat, but just like the look of it, or for those who enjoy fondant. For people like me, who like the taste of fondant, it's worth every penny. However, if you're making a cake for individuals who don't care so much for the taste, I'd stick with Wilton.
Personally, I didn't care for it much.  I'd rather make my own mmf.

Depending on which Duff fondant product you buy, you are getting Satin Ice or Fondarific, you are just paying more for his name

The DecoPacs are Satin Ice Brand

The 2lb. tubs are Fondarific.

Does anyone have a good fondant recipes that are easy to work with that won't crack or tear when I work with it
Yes, I love working with it. I just wish it was less expensive. I used the chocolate in my Cricut today and it worked like a dream! The red display cake I uploaded today is covered w/Duff red.

Karen,

I did a Sweet 16 cake, which I iced in white buttercream and decorated it with black and red fondant (Satin Ice)

I noticed, though the black wasnt so bad, the red (Due to the Coloring) has an odor to it and me, not being a fan of fondant to begin with, found that it had an "off" taste as as well, sort of like the smell and taste of hose water. (so glad that the red parts were not parts that were cut into and served)  Did the red coloring in the fondarific (Duff) compromise the taste of the fondant?

I didn't notice an off odor but is does have a strong buttery/sweet smell.  It does taste better than Wilton though.  A bride and groom I made a cake for with the Duff fondant loved the fondant and they normally don't like it.
