Hi all,

I'm Jenny, I'm a cake decorator from Edinburgh, Scotland.

I was a full time professional cake decorator for many years and had my own studio, but I'm just now going back to cake decorating (on a much smaller scale) after a break due to family illness.

I am hoping to teach some evening classes, so I have been writing tutorial blogs to see what kinds of thing people are interested in:

my cake projects blog

My facebook

My website's in development too.

Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

HI  Jenny , I did some cake decorating @ a shoprite lol , than a little at home , stopped for a long time 10 yr's or so , than started up , in march 2011 , and loving it , learning so  much from my friends on CWB , THEY ARE ALL SO AWESOME , welcome to the friendly site of cakers !

Welcome Jenny... I enjoyed checking your blog... Lovely ideas and I'm sure great techniques as well as everything looks so neat.

I'm not a professional decorator at all; I've just started a year ago, but have picked very precious advices from CWB members here... friendly, professional & helpful members that I've learned alot from.

Looking forward to learning from you too :)

Hello cake friends - I'm baaaaaack!!! So very happy to finally be getting back into the kitchen after 9 months! The rotator cuff and Achilles are good enough for me to start with some small cakes and I am excited to get started. Have been living vicariously through you guys!!

Welcome all.  It is so nice to keep up to date with everyone.  I love this forum as it has helped me too.  I enjoy looking at the beautiful cakes and wishing I had that same talent.  I am still learning and loving what I am learning with the help of this site.  Welcome to all new ones and looking forward to seeing the next beautiful cake.
