I think it's a briar rose.  Wilton has tutorials on them.  good luck

They look to me like a fantasy flower.  Doesn't seem to quite match any flower that I can think of.  I have a couple of tutorial that are similar and you can tweek them a little to get this look.

Hi Kerry, it is called "red fruit blossom", one of the easies to make. I'm sure if you follow Goreti's tutorial, you will be able to make them.
