2011 Lorraine McKay workshop on Long Island

I would love to have Lorraine McKay come to Long Island so we can attend her workshop. If you're not familiar with her work, you can visit her profile or http://www.extra-icing.blogspot.com She is world renown for her incredible sugar art figures.

She is completely booked this year, but has openings towards the end of 2011. In order to book her, I would need a commitment from at least 45 people. There's still plenty of time to figure out all the details, including cost and location. Right now, I just want to get an idea how many people would be interested in coming.
