Hello, I'm Dee and have been here a few weeks and have found everyone here to be extremely willing to help newbies like myself. I am a full time paralegal and legal practice manager, married to the perfect man (lucky me) for nearly 20 years. I am proud to be from the home state of the 2012 NCAA Champions (Go Big Blue)! I decorated my very first cake in March 2012 and I have loved every minute - well, almost every minute - of it since!
It is nice to here from you Dee

Hi, Jan! I love that there are people here from all over the world. I too would like to be able to bake on a bigger scale but, unfortunately, my full-time J-O-B just gets in the way!! :)

Hi! My name is Cheryl Zelezniak. I just joined a few days ago. I was search google for a cake with a boat pulling a skiier and came across this site and had to join. I have been baking since I was little and just started doing custom made cakes about 5 years ago and love it. So, I started taking Wilton classes to get the basics down for decorating. My problem is that I get too many ideas for one cake and want to do them all. Now I have another site to get even more ideas. Right now I make cakes for family and friends out of my home. My dream is to one day own a bakery.
