This is a great idea for so many occasions. My daughter's birthday is this weekend and these cookies will be great to give away to all her classmates in first grade. Do you have a sugar cookie recipe you could recommend that uses a little lemon flavor? Any recommendations for a sugar substitute (since one of her friends is allergic to sugar)? Thank you.
