Melissa - I refrigerate it at least overnight. You can leave it in for longer but give it enough time to come to room temp before using it. (2 hours usually does the trick). If you look at the picture I just posted of the first communion cake, the bottom tier is the fondant I made in that video. :) The other tier has fondant I made yesterday.

How long should you refrigerate? You didn't mention how long. Thanks. I tried this fondant recipe and I hope that it works for me. I have not had luck with fondant yet.

If kept in the fridge it's good for about a month. I've also noticed that if you color the fondant and keep it in the fridge it holds its color longer than if you keep in on the counter or in a cupboard.

Thanks, I think I'm actually blushing. :)

Please realize the audio on this is not stellar and it sounds like I have a lisp. I do not have a lisp. :)
