chocolate collar is a wonderful idea we can do many variations in that by replacing white choco with dry fruits and many zig zag patterns.great work

I don't think she said at all what kind of milk chocolate it was. Hmmmm...looks like a fun technique to try!

I really liked this technique except could you please tell me what chocolate she used? I saw the white chocolate melts but I didn't quite understand her accent and with my hearing not perfect, I just didn't understand what she said about the milk chocolate. Were they melts as well?
