Did you take cake courses to learn to do your cakes because I have not I have self taught most things so I am not sure all things are done perfectly right . i looked at your photots of your cakes and they were beautiful so maybe we could help each other I am like you I have been doing this for a very long time but I only did it for friends and family members and really didn't challenge myself and now I watch as many cake shows as I can look up on the internet all I can and watch you tube demonstrations and thats why I say self taught.
