I one I use is 16 0z marshmallows, 2-5 tbs water and 2 lbs of icing sugar. I have trouble with consistency. I let it rest overnight but it is too soft.Continue

How do I get smooth buttercream. I use the paper towel trick but i think my icing consistency is wrong. I have what looks like tiny air holes in it. Am I overbeating it or is it my recipe?? Continue
