You are amazing! I hope that I will be a great instructor like you someday. I watched all of your Youtube videos and learned a ton. In the second course I had a hard time with the daisy becuase my instructor taught me different then what you are doing...and I watched your video and was able to get it the first time I watched you do it. Now I am teaching classes and hope I will be as good as you some day with lots of practice! Thank you for sharing your videos.

No, I dont have a shop, I was working as the wedding designer for a shop, but now I am taking a break to film more DVD's and teach. I am going soon to Texas to teach there, and my next DVD hopefully comes out in March!

Love all of your tutorials (have watched many of them) and I think your cake designs are beautiful.
