this is a butter cream cake, snowdrift on top was cut out of fondant and then sprinkled with edible disco dust. The snowflakes are cut out of fondant with snowflake cutters painted in egg whited then rolled in granulated sugar and disco dust for tecture and sparkle. Construction was done using my Stress Free Cake Supports gotta love them. Only one hole in each base cake.
