Hi Connie, that's great someone else from Houston. Thank you for your compliment. Your cakes are good too. I took one beginner class in the sugarland area at the cake craft shoppe, maybe you know where it is. I didn't take anymore since my husband is unemployed, so I started to watch youtube and the internet is very helpful. How did you start? Are you selling your cakes?

Connie, thank you very much. I took the first Wilton Course to learn how to make roses and then I taught myself how to make the rest. I used Wilton's book, "Tiered Cakes" as my guide and there are many wonderful videos on Youtube that are quite helpful, also.
