Hello, I am just starting out, have done a few cakes for family and friends. I love your cakes! I saw where you were from. My mom grew up down there, but has lived up here in Oregon for over 30y now.

Hi, Angie. Thank you for the compliment. Yes I make all my figures out of gumpaste. I think that's the best part of making cakes that I love to do. I also have learned everything from watching youtube and books. Thanks for the add and I hope we can stay in touch also.

Oh my God, you are great at decorating cakes. How long have you been decorating. Any tips so I can become as great as you are :)

I took classes at Michaels in Pleasant Hill and have also taken gumpaste flower classes from Erin Michaels and a Peony class from Jan Loomis. I love your cakes! What did you make the popcorn out of?
